'Amusement game' means a game played for entertainment in which:Ģ. Nothing in this chapter shall be deemed to authorize or permit activities or procedures prohibited by the laws of the state of Washington or prohibited by the rules and regulations of the Gambling Commission of the state of Washington. It is the further policy of the city of Montesano to permit advertising of bingo, raffles, amusement games, pull tabs and punchboards.

It is the policy of the city of Montesano to authorize bingo, raffles, amusement games, pull tabs and punchboards as same are authorized and permitted by the laws of the state of Washington and rules and regulations promulgated by the Gambling Commission of the state of Washington.
